New girls on the block in Nuneaton

Leading housebuilder Barratt Mercia has recently appointed Kimberley Naughton and Philippa Stewart as the new Sales Advisers at its Bluebell development on Queen Elizabeth Road in Nuneaton
These new girls on the block are now inviting homebuyers to visit Bluebell to find their dream home.
Kimberley aged 23, who lives just outside of Nuneaton, has a strong grounding in sales by having worked within the industry for years.
"My wide range of sales experience has provided me with transferable skills that help to attain targets but also help me match the different styles of homes to buyer's requirements" commented Kimberley. "I think my personal experience as a consumer will help me benefit me in my role as Sales Adviser as I have come to realise that the most important thing is to treat customers the way I would want to be treated.

Philippa aged 24, has studied English with American and Canadian Studies at the University of Birmingham.

Barratt Mercia has been confirmed as meriting the maximum five star official rating from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for the second year in a row. The news was announced after more than 20,000 new home buyers across the country took part in this year's HBF customer satisfaction survey.
