BARRATT Mercia is delighted to invite homebuyers to come and meet the team at Bluebell - the five star housebuilder's What House? award winning development in Nuneaton.
Barratt Mercia Sales Manager Steve Barton said "Buying a home is generally one of the biggest investments anyone can make in their lifetime, so it is crucial you are confident in the team you are buying from.
"That's why we are inviting homebuyers to find out more about the people working at Bluebell. We've got a terrific team there and we have really high hopes for the development."
Visitors to the sales office will be greeted by Bluebell's helpful Sales Advisers Tracey, Kate and Pam who are on hand to guide purchasers through their move.
"I have really enjoyed being at Bluebell so far" commented Tracey. "Being a Sales Adviser is such a varied role and you can be out on site one minute and then helping customers with their move the next.
"I particularly enjoy the contact we have with customers. You get to meet new people everyday and you get to know your customers as people. It's really rewarding when you see people move in and we're really proud of the product we're offering."
And Kate, who has been at the development since it opened in November 2009, commented "I really enjoy working as a Sales Adviser. It's hard work but it comes with great rewards. I enjoy working with people and it's great to help them through their move and support them once they have moved in, too.
"Tracey recommended that I should apply with Barratt Homes after we worked together previously and I thought it was great idea - the company has a really good name and I've really enjoyed my time here.
"Bluebell is a lovely site and we've had lots of comments from people who live locally and they're delighted with how things are going here."
And Pam Kelly, from Coventry, commented "It's really satisfying to get to know the customers and help them through their move.
"I've been with the company since November and having previously sold second hand home. But I much prefer my role here because you are with your customer from start to finish, so it's more of a personal relationship."
Construction on the site is also in safe hands thanks to Senior Site Manager Simon Evans, a father of two from Daventry who received an NHBC Pride in the Job award in 2010 and is hoping to make it back to back wins this year.
"Bluebell is an amazing project that is really changing the face of the area" commented Simon. "It's progressing really well now and it's great to see people moving into their homes on the site.
"It's my job to oversee the construction of our homes - and to make sure everyone on site is safe and we take a real pride in ensuring that we hand over quality homes to our customers
"It's great to meet people who are purchasing homes here throughout the built to show them how their home is taking shape. It's rewarding to get to know our future residents and we enjoy the challenge of continuing to meet their high expectations."
