HOUSEBUILDER Barratt Mercia is offering people in Nuneaton the chance to pick up a completely free £5 Heart of England Co-operative gift voucher when they view the brand new showhomes at Barratt's Bluebell development on Queen Elizabeth Road.

This week, 20,000 local residents will receive a special leaflet inviting them to come along and view the new showhomes at Bluebell where they will be able to pick up a completely free £5 Co-operative gift voucher.

However, the offer is strictly limited to the first 200 people on a first-come, first-served basis. So anyone wishing to get some money off their next shop will need to act fast.

Steve Barton, Sales Manager at Barratt Mercia commented, "The two brand new showhomes at Bluebell were officially unveiled to the public at the end of June by the Mayor of Nuneaton, a major milestone for this landmark development.

"As a way to celebrate the opening of these fantastic new showhomes, we are offering the residents of Nuneaton the chance to pick up a completely free £5 voucher for the local Co-operative Lateshop store on Cedar Road.

"All residents have to do is arrange an appointment to view the showhomes at Bluebell and bring along their invitation to collect the voucher. They'll then be free to spend it at the Camp Hill branch of Heart of England Co-operative Lateshop on whatever they like!"

Anne Langhor, Deputy Store Manager at the Heart of England Co-operative Lateshop, in Camp Hill said, "We are delighted to work in partnership with Barratt Mercia on this fantastic promotion.

Since opening our new store at Camp Hill early 2009, we have had some fantastic support from the local community and positive feedback on the whole development."

Stephen continued, "This is a great opportunity for the local people of Nuneaton to have some of their shopping on us, but with only 200 vouchers available, there is no time to waste. So as soon as the invitation hits the doorstep, come along to Bluebell for this fantastic free voucher."

The showhomes include a Shrewley style three-bedroom house which offers a spacious living room, kitchen/dining room, en-suite to the master bedroom, two further bedrooms and main bathroom.

There is also a Langley style three-bedroom, three-storey houses available to view. On the ground floor there is a living/dining area with separate kitchen. The second floor has two double bedrooms and main family bathroom whilst the master bedroom occupies the entire second floor and benefits from a dressing area and en-suite shower room.
