THE first view of what the new homes at Camp Hill will look like have been unveiled as housebuilder Barratt Mercia releases details of its highly anticipated Bluebell development on Edinburgh Road in Nuneaton.
Named Bluebell by a local resident Ann Corbett, this development of new homes is the final phase in the regeneration of Camp Hill and once complete, will offer 820 properties.
Following strong demand, the sales office has now been opened, allowing homebuyers to view plans for the site and see exactly what homes will be on offer.
Carole Ashworth, Sales Manager for Barratt Mercia commented, "Bluebell is a landmark development for both us at Barratt and the residents of Camp Hill, so we are very excited to be able to officially unveil our new homes to the public.
"The sales office is now open from 10am to 5pm daily, and will enable visitors to not only see the plans for the development, but they will also be able to speak to our experienced sales negotiators who will be on hand to answer any questions about Bluebell or the homebuying process.
"Anyone who visits the development now will also have the exciting opportunity to be the first to choose their perfect new home and reserve off-plan.
"The benefit of purchasing at this stage of the development, is that buyers not only get to have the pick of the plots, but there is also the chance to choose some of the internal fixtures and fittings.
"For example, they can choose from a selection of kitchens, ceramic tiles and other interior fixtures which would otherwise already be in place with a home which is already built."
Barratt is also offering a selection of schemes to help potential purchasers buy the home of their dreams. From shared equity schemes to part-exchange there really is something to help everyone get moving.
Carole added, "Purchasers will also have the opportunity to take advantage of a range of offers. For example HomeBuy Direct means that eligible purchasers could receive a 30 per cent equity loan on the value of their new home which is ideal for first-time buyers.
"Alternatively, those with a house to sell could use our part-exchange or move maker schemes, which mean that they won't have to worry about things such as estate agent fees.
"This is a great opportunity for home hunters to catch the first glimpse of these fantastic new homes and I'm sure visitors will be very impressed with what we have to offer."
When complete, Bluebell will feature a brand new high street, green open spaces, an open outlook across to Whittleford Park and link naturally to the project's previous phases. All homes will benefit from the latest in energy efficiency and will also offer allocated parking, some homes will have garages and there will be provision for visitor parking.
Barratt Mercia scored top marks in this year's Home Builder's Federation customer satisfaction survey, where the company was rated a five star builder. More than 20,000 new homebuyers nationwide took part in the survey and more than 90 per cent of Barratt Mercia buyers answered that they were satisfied with the quality of their new home.
The first phase of Bluebell will offer a selection of two-bedroom coach houses priced at £99, 950, two-bedroom houses at £122, 500, three-bedroom houses priced at £142,500 and four-bedroom houses priced from £164,950.
